The 4th MusicNation Awards was the fourth award ceremony for the MusicNation Awards. It was held on July 17, 2016, at the Arena di Verona in Verona, Italy. It was broadcast live on Turner networks TBS, TNT and truTV, and simulcast live on streaming platforms Vevo and YouTube, and across TBS, TNT and truTV digital platforms. For the second consecutive year, the ceremony did not receive a host for the evening.

For a fourth year in a row, 1OAK lead the nominees, with four categories each; Queen Sapphire and Suite 44 followed as the second and third most-nominated artists of the year, respectively, with three each. Queen Sapphire and Suite 44 tied for the most wins, with two each.
